First of all sorry if the heading is mis spelt.

Secondly please help me on this. Im usually fine with putting a nights music together and mixing it up but on this I'm stuck.

I'm doing an Hawaiin night on Saturday for my friends in our sports club. Proceeds Goes towards our tour of Barbados 2010.

I can do any normal disco and play whatever I like but I dont want to do this on Saturday, I have until Friday to get some tracks relevant to the night, stuff like.

Beach Boys - Surfing Usa
Going loco in Acopolco

Please can you help me add to this list. I will give Karma where possible but don't your breath on it.

I could play those songs last Saturday or even the one after next but not this coming one. I could probably use Groovejet this Saturday but I need your inspiration for things like this:

Reggae is Jamaican, not Hawaiian, but it works for a general island. If you're looking for surf music, try to find some old Dick Dale stuff. His biggest hit was Miserlou, which was the opening song in Pulp Fiction. He was a surf music god and you can't go wrong with that. Also look for Pipeline by The Chantays or Wipeout by The Surfaris. I'll post some more as I think of them.

I got the Pulp Fiction cd in my box but didnt think of that, nice one.

Also, anything by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole is great. He also recorded as "Bruddah Iz". His cover of Over the Rainbow is kickass.

@ my spelling, thank you.

I will be playing all music but should include some Hawaiian music as the girls are going to be in grass skirts and us fella in funky shirts. If I can get an hour of "Surfing" music i'll be happy.

Just thought of a few more, Walk, Don't Run by The Ventures, Blue Hawaii by Elvis and the theme to Hawaii 5-0. You should probably stay away from the theme to Magnum P.I., though.
