that soldier didnt fuck up, his next immediate supervisor did. well, he fucked up for taking live rounds from the range and keeping them with his gear for such a long time. but his sergeant should have made sure all his shit was squared away.DesertFox- wrote:

But seriously, this is screwed up. Why, why, why?
Good thing it was a FAMAS though, as it uses 5.56 NATO "wounding" ammunition instead of heavier (7.62) "killing" ammo. But that's still inexcusable. I'm glad no one was killed--that's a miracle.

actually the french are rather efficient at these thing. Like this example. Then again they don't really care if the hostage taker lives ...God Save the Queen wrote:

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Fired Blanks
Reloaded
Fired Real Shots (Accidental)
"Oh shi-"
reload
Fire real shots ()

thats a pretty big fuck up on part of the french military.

He should have never have been aiming the gun at the crowd. As samfink said, you should never point a gun at anything you don't want shot.
