I think you are pretty lucky to get 7 kills for your basic in normal gameplay....Since as soon as you knife someone, they usually make thier mission to hunt you down at all costs to seek revenge lolLaurie06 wrote:

If he was talking bout expert then well yeah i agree i could never do it on a "normal" game it would be sheer luck for me.
Eh its really rather easy to get the 100 knife kills just resist the temptation to shoot people when you come up behind them and getting 17 kills in a round really isnt very hard either just use your brain. Getting 500 Pistol kills im not there yet, but playing sniper helps, shoot them once with the rifle then finish them with pistol.elvis wrote:

Have my basic knife and vet pistol... yes the Expert is hard to get... that's why is call "expert"... And on any of those 2 badges, you have to get out of your normal game play to get them... meaning accepting a low K ratio...elvis wrote:

Well, I have played this game as much as anyone (normal person) I guess.......It really seems to me that you simply do not have the time to hunt a victim that is ripe for the picking, wait to respawn when you get killed, and execute attacks, all in normal play.....there is too much time that laps inbetween each kill, and death. ALso, if you are not getting killed all the time while you are running around with a knife, then you probly aint where the action is and aren't getting the IAR fulfilled anyway. Unless, of course, the rules are knives and pistols only.Chowley wrote:

Lets face it, getting all the kill requirements for ASSULT is pretty tough in normal gameplay,( 40 kills and 44 for SF), I got all my assult badges legally but, just under the wire before round ended. I will admit that the tank and APCs sure helped out my IAR requirements. I consider myself a fairly average player, but i found it almost impossible to get 40 or 44 kills with just the G36 alone before the round ended. So that is why the knife and pistol seem unobtainable to me "legally".Buzerk1 wrote:

Pistol is the easiest of the two... Snipe once and pistol once and you get a kill.
For knife badge, work as team with one of your buddy (Noooo, no stat padding).... make sure he stay close so he can revive you when you die... the hard part is the respawn waiting time and running back in your position.
Play as a lone wolf and it will be harder, but feasible.
I'm not an expert in knifing and my reflex is to go for the easy kill....which most of us do. People with Veteran and Expert knife always think about getting knife first.... Do that and you will get them too. And it's normal to take time to get those if you don't make it your main focus. I'm so tired of people who wants all the badges after playing this game a few hours... IT TAKES TIME!!! Just play the game...
It's not because you can't do it that means it's bullshit. And if people are happy of having it after they went on a knife only server (which is padding BTW), it's their life. But I prefer to try getting it the hard way...
