You're fighting a war on terror and there's no real reason to 'invade' Iran like you did with Iraq. Your PR isn't exactly the best and you've already lost some support from what you had in Iraq, so I don't think USA vs Iran would work out too well. Ok here's how I see it. What we have today is something very similar to the Delian League or the Peloponnesian League. Namely that it's a coalition or alliance only on paper. Because in reality, Athens or Sparta or the US were running /run the show. The rest just follow orders.
