Bullshit.  This coming from someone who switched from bitcomet.  Fucking Super seed abusers made it impossible to complete downloads.
I have no problems with BitComet.  Always get at least 400kb/s whenever I download.
My internet may be shitty, but at least my download speeds are consistent.  With bitcomet, i would have over 100 seeds and a rate that would dip to 5 KB/s or would not download at all.
BitComet uses about 15x (If not more) resources as uTorrent. Check the BC process while downloading at high speeds. At least 20% CPU usage. uTorrent uses max 2% when I download at 1.6MB/s. BC rendered my computer useless. And BC crashes at speeds over 1MB/s.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

I had a ratio of 10.8 something before I switched to XP Pro. I would leave uTorrent on overnight or when I was in class. Had uploaded like 300GB.
RIAA will fuck you up.
I do the same thing and I've uploaded almost 3TB now.  RIAA needs to go after the top of the food chain because attacking the end user doesn't solve anything.
when you get sued into oblivion it won't matter to you if it helps the fight against piracy
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Well, the record companies deserve it.  The huge amount of piracy is almost entirely related to the excessive prices the record companies think they can force on us.  I for one refuse to pay 20 bucks for 8 songs, but some naive little shits will, and it only encourages them to push it further.  Ironically, the bands they are behind make as much as 80% of their money from tours alone, so piracy almost exclusively hurts greedy corporations, which is exactly what we want.
