So I sold my copy of Call of Duty 4 online almost two months ago now (you can go "wtf sell?" later ... I got bored of it!) and the guy who bought it did pay me. (£18 to be exact)

I asked him for an address and he said he's between houses at the minute and he'd PM me shortly. A week later, nothing - so I decided to PM me and he came back with the same response. Two weeks later, same thing. Three weeks later, same thing. I PMed him again and he hasn't even replied. I'm pretty sure he thinks he hasn't paid for the item and is trying to get out of it ... when in reality he's already paid me and I have the item ready to go. I can understand him waiting a week or whatever, but not almost 2 months. (fyi on these trading forums I have full positive feedback). Here were his exact replies:

...so just waiting on the new address thanks
so just waiting on the new address thanks
Most recent contact was just over a month ago now. I'm not exactly going to "lose" contact with him and keep it ... but I thought the whole situation was pretty funny. Anyone else been through a similar thing?

As far as I can tell he hasn't even read the latest PM lol

It wouldn't take him 2 months to move into a house/switch addresses. He could be a stupid scam artist so just keep his money and COD4 and sell it again.

It's not like 18 pounds is hard to come by. Sell it again, keep his money and if by chance he comes back and whines about the situation give him his money back and call him a douche.

The minute you sell the game to someone else this original buyer will turn up, thats how it works in real life with things like that.  I have never sold anything online and have been on ebay twice.  I'm so down with it.
