(They really mean professional ) After browsing through some wow error fix suggestions I came across a possible reason: Spyware/Trojans. Superantispyware pro was recommended to anyone having the issue so I dled it (never ended up fixing my wow problem...) I now have absolutely no pop ups. When it said it had to restart to delete some of the malware I was like 'shit...' but blam. Nothing negative at all since my last boot. I've payed 60 usd in Spyhunter and Spyzooka (which guarantees 100% spyware removal, probably because they mean they'll help you if it isnt all removed) and this thing had a trial that was free and actually removed the shit. (trial for spyzooka only scanned and didnt even quarantine anything) I'm keeping this program around for the trial.

No rootkit, hijackthis or any of that bull

there is also a free version, which doesn't give the nasty warning once your trial has expired. But yeah, we used it on work too.

And if everything is fubar on your pc, then I recommend combofix, very powerful tool, works so often!
