The server at www.google.com is taking too long to respond.

Like a lot of sites are doing this. The only two messup todays would be PC Tools Utilities 2008 supposedly making internet faster...The other is spyware doctor I removed some viruses. But I recovered on both to get it to normal. So is it my internet prob?
