I wonder how tiring it is to wear.

It MAY not be noticeable, but energy isn't free, and if these things are converting movement to engergy the will have to offer some resistance to that movement... After a day of trudging around I would think it would have to be noticeable.

I assume it won't be more then something like a wetsuit at worst, hopefully not that. Doubt it was posted here, though I read another article about a woman trying to take the same material and make it in to a bra. TL;DR: Didn't work.

You'd get more energy out of a "troop's body" by mounting a few solar panels on their head and walking around outside.
