I'm looking into getting a new pair of headphones as I know I will have a roommate in college for a good two years. So, I looked on newegg and found two that I liked.

It's either this one

or

This one


I was wondering if anyone on BF2S had any experience with these particular headsets or if you guys had any recommendations on any better headsets that I might want to look into. If so, can you give a link to it (price really doesn't matter as long as it isn't over the top).

those sennheiser sit on the ear and not around.  for some people it's not a problem. for me, it's unbearable.

Creative HS-900 would be the best option for you. They have, according to reviews, much better sound than Fatal1ty. It doesnt have removable mic, but who cares? I use them every day and Im very happy about them

Definitely SENNHEISER PC166. PC160 and PC165 were very good and PC166 are even better.

Do not ever base a decision on aesthetics unless it's established that they are practically equal. This is not the case.

That done, don't get the fatality one as they want the name to sell it. I've had good experience with Sennheiser stuff, I've had the same EH150 set for years now. Granted I don't use them much, but point being they're pretty durable.

If the price difference doesn't matter to you, I'd get the Sennheisers.
