So now they'll have the 120 gb Elite for $450, the 60gb for $350 (basically 40 gigs for free), the 20 gig for $300, and the Arcade for $280.

Well, that's why I told Stimey it sucks that he got one like a week ago and that he should have waited, and you should wait until after Sony's press conference to get a PS3 as well.

There's no harm in waiting.

I don't know, I think 20GB is good for the casual gamer.

They had the Elite with 120GB for the hardcore gamer, and also sold the hard drive seperately for anyone wishing to upgrade from the original.

Of course, 60GB standard is still good now

Actually, Microsoft would be really cool if the had the option for existing Pro owners to send their console in for the 60GB model or a $50 refund.

Still not worth it till the 65nm GPUs come out around August. Then it'll be more economic, quieter, and less likely to get the RRoD in addition to having 3x the HDD space.

Tbh is what I am holding out for. I was all set to get a 360 but I went to a friend of mines and there such noisy fuckers..... I mean it really got on my nerves. Loading screeen, BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ (FUCK OFF). 65nm GPU will hopefully help enough with temps so those fans dont need to be in constand over drive. Kind of wish I didnt get bad company for the PS3 though tbh since I much prefer the 360 controller for FPS.

I've only heard very vague rumors about the 65nm GPU. But yeah, I think it'll help a lot.
