My work involves sitting in front of a computer most of the time, and I tend to work 10 hour shifts. So an awful lot of time really.
At least when I'm not working I choose not to sit in front of a computer more than a couple of hours a day.

I typically watch maybe 2 films a day, that's about 4 hours (projection screen hooked up to the computer, which I suppose counts as a computer screen). I use screens the bulk of the time I'm at work, so call that at least another 4 hours. Then a bit of web browsing and stuff on top of that.
I don't watch TV though.
