Well, the fact remains that they've been out forever.

BIOS is always much better than Windows-based OC'ing. More stable, more options, more control, safer...

Yeah, windows-based are only handy to push those last megahurz to make that OC record, to something that windows will not boot at.

Windows based OC programs have been on since... ever...

Asus, Gigabyte, and other board manufacturors have windows ocing programs on their website... I just use it to monitor the temps tbh.
