and kmarion, there aren't any in urban DC or even in suburban DC. You have to drive out a bit to get to the Wal-Marts. DC is too dense tbh.

That's weird. We don't have any downtown but there are a few just outside of downtown.. within 4 miles or so.

Lobby governments (local, state, and federal) to allow building of superstores.
Create said superstores with cheap goods, cheap service, cheap wages.
Lobby governments for subsidies, tax breaks, and competition control.
Show your cheaply paid employees how to apply for and receive social services from the government, including food stamps, welfare and health services.
Incredulously wonder why some people hate your company.
