I'm going on vacation too soon. 11 days in South Florida starting July 25th. Flying down by myself and going to visit some family down there.

Been in Salou, Cambrils, Sitges.... I lived there for 13 years of my life ( Tarragona ).

Oh DUDE. Big mistake. However much drinking and clubs are awesome ( they really aren't in Salou, it's a crowded tourist shithole ) Port Aventura beats it. Rides, beer, chicks, water rides, beer, chicks. It's beyond epic, and you missed it. I am ashamed of you.

I would have taken you to some REAL clubs and bars in Barcelona and Tarragona.

Aah, sorry I didn't go then I've only been to one club outside Salou, and that was Pacha la Pineda, It was okay i guess.. there were more awesome places in Salou itself.

Its a big alton towers type place,was near it in our hotel when we went to salou and few years back.

I must say,wasn't to fond of salou especially when you have kids.Nice beaches but nothing really outstanding there...

No mate, no Sarcasim on my behalf.  When we were in boring Gaucin last year my step dad and cruella took us out for the day, took an hour to get there and I thought it was Port Ventura or whatever its called.  I never seen nuffin like it, coppers on shop doorways, yaughts worth millions with butlers, staff and all shit going on.  Supermodels walking round everywhere, it was like £5 (euros) for a 99 with choc sauce and nuts (fair enough it was from the Hagen Das shop).  Its the most expensive, poshest, wealthiest place I have ever been to.  Must be like the Spanish Monaco.  I fitted right in, with my England 1 day cricket shirt and golden virginia let me tell you.

My Sister went to Salou and took her family, she reckons it was the best holiday she ever had as you could get Egg n Chips, where as when she went where I did last year she had to eat shit that she couldn't pronounce on the menu.

Salou is too touristy. Too many drunk brits and shitholes in it.

Port Aventura is the biggest Theme park in Europe and has the 2 most awesome roller coasters created. Dragon Kahn and Furius Baco. Anyway, I will be off to the Airport in 2 hours. I want you people to behave...
