I'm definitely catching it on IMAX this Friday. Also, if any of you haven't seen a movie on IMAX and have a theater near you, definitely check it out. It's incredible.

Dark Knight is hopefully going to be the first movie in a long, long, long time that I watched when it was in theaters.
The last one was Pirates of the Caribbean 2, which came out like two years ago.

I saw Transformers on IMAX and the detail on the robots was intense. I had seen it on the movie screen and DVD and IMAX blew both away 100-fold.
Nearest IMax theater to me is a 45minute drive, nearest theater to me is 5 minutes, but i already got tickets for midnight showings there so im going to watch it on a regular movie screen

One of my friends is the biggest Batman fan you'll probably ever meet. If you have a Batman question, he'll have an answer to it. I'm actually going to see it Thursday at the midnight showing.
Is it a global IMAX release? I remember seeing a list of theaters and I saw nothing in DC even though we have at least 1 (at the Air & Space Museum).
