Screw it if you have a child in china build a motor for 25 dollars a week and it cost a man here 900 a week it just makes sense. It brings down the cost of our products and makes them more affordable.
But when you have a country that doesn't speak English as a primary languor, who the fuck figured that it'd make sense to have them be our call centers? example below

Costello this is Mary from sprint how are you today"
me "I'm OK how are you"
her " I'm calling to let you know that your payment is do with us"
me "OK great I have cash on me where can I go pay"
her "Great I'm going to process the card that we have on file right now"
me "What the FUCK, No I have cash are you fucking retarded"
her "is the last four digits of your Card ****"
Me "NOOOOOOO I HAVE CASH, do not process that card"
Her "what?"
See the problem she was reading off her script with the limited English she knew and could not comprehend what I was saying.. Now over there it cost 300 dollars a week to pay these people, where here a normal call center employee makes about 500. It's not that big of a difference for the service of having someone who can understand the information that you are saying to them..
