Thinking about building a PC for relatives. Have a spare 7800GTX to stick in it for games, but want advice for the other parts.

Is it me or is the credit crunch in the UK increasing prices on everything by a ridiculous amount?

They want to keep it cheap, was thinking in the ~£250 range, overclocking isn't viable.

For the mobo a p31 or p35 chipset? And what about cpu? Was thinking e2xxx a la my sig but they have gone up in price in the last 6 months compared to when I bought mine so dunno if it's really a good price/performance ratio :S

EDIT: and they will need a wireless card too! I've never gone near wireless so will need suggestions on that as well.

I'm assuming that 7800GTX is PCI-E? I put together a system but there is no wireless and it is sitting at £275 at the minute.
