sorry, i hate making new threads, but i have $200AUD to burn and i wanna buy a digital camera, perferably one that can take HD photos (yes, its for some 4chan /hr/ phun)

I was thinking this, as i could also buy like, a 2gb memory card thingo with it. and it looks cool with that black finish.

The camera is $164, enough to get a 2gb or 1gb flash thingy i hope, just to take some randie shots of myself around my house and stuff

What do you guys think? does anybody know a bit about Kodak cameras? i know there is some budding myspace whores here who know their stuff here! (ptg, im looking at thee)

how many photos can you take in hi def? 5 ? before the cards full? Please update with good cameras I need to buy one for my fiance as a pre-wedding gift. Nothing to expensive, Ive got a wedding, wedding ring and a honeymoon to pay for

this is a high def pic, not VERY high def but its only 319kb, you should be able to take over 50 on a 2gb card probably.

Ash, the one your looking at, will do the job, but its one of those things, lets say if you drop it, death. The warranty is probably like 3 months, where most cannon and sony cameras have a 1+ years....

I have a Cybershot Sony camera, one of the older ones... but ive smashed it around like fuck, and its still going....... Got a huge dent in it, lol

it has a 1 year warranty, and trust me i wouldn't drop it.

i have an canon powershot sd750. this thing takes awesome pictures (unlike my webcam) and has a 3in LCD. it costs around 200 bucks. on a 2gb sd card, i can take over 600 ultra high quality photos.
