My stats dont show im a good support player because i use a differ account on Unranked servers for Matches.

I've been playing suppor a lot lately. As the kit you get a fe extra points but you really gotta know when and where to throw down the ammo packs. Normaly in areas where is lots of fighting just toss them out all over the place.

But pts in general take and defend flags is your best bet. You get a pt for neutralizing a flag and pt for capping it. I believe you also get an additional pt if your the fiurst person within the flag radius while everybody else gets flag assists which is a single pt for each of the two steps. I believe its 3 pts for defending a flag? so between the flag caps/defends and the ammo packs you really should be able to walk away with more points per round.

But as Maj.Do pointed out working with your squad generally you just build up more pts naturally.

Its funny cause my friend, who has a relatively low rank, gets commander everytime a new map loads cause his pc is so  freaking fast. But as for tips... umm, stat pad? jk. Play as everything equally. When you can play with any kit and feel like you can own anyone, well, thats when you are a sweet man. By that time you will have a sweet rank and can be commander any freaking time you want without worrying about being beat out. Believe me, its really a luxury.

if you wanna rack in like 40-70 points per round just make your way round to the left spawn point on hotel at karkand the first one coz u can make kills at the guys that appear right in front of you and the guys that appear over in the hotel alley ways and just sit there for a while and shoot up everything you see and when you get sick of it or the enemy gets sick of been killed just go cap the flag and head up to square coz u can make alot of medium distance shots over towards where they spawn thx to the PKM...

play in armor for half the round, see the difference. learn the maps inside & out {know where they are going to be}. As support an AT is gonna love your ammo bags, or snipers. The medic issue is known & hopefully will be adressed in the new 1.21 patch.
Play all day on a server that roatates alot of maps, play in squads that work together.

The best way to get poitns with any kit is like was said above take and defend flags. There is always a flag or two that 90$ of the fighting is over, and thats not where you get points if thats what your after. Don't get me wrong those places are fun as hell, but if your after 80+ points a round you basicly jsut go from flag to flag. Or you could be wicked ass pilot, they can get some nasty straks going.

The secret to support is patience. Sure, you can go in with yer pkm or mg36 blazing like rambo, but it's much better to wait in a closed area (an alley, for instance) while prone for a whole group of people to come along. It's what those guns are made for - Lots of bullets going everywhere, killing everything. If you're new, stay behind your team, and try to find a squad that's working together (i wish you much luck with that one)

you definitely need to work in squads.  that's a must.  i never play lone wolf, and i'm more often than not the squad leader.  for support, i suggest going flag to flag.  retake it, defend it for a minute or two, and then move on to the next one.  just dont be right on top of the flag because arty is inevitable after a flag retake.  the PKM is your best bet for support.  single-shot mode can be as effective as sniping if you're good enough.  i've killed many a sniper atop a crane with my PKM, even AFTER they got a bead on me.  otherwise, fire in bursts of 2-5.

then, the ammo bags.  USE YOUR RADAR.  the colored circles under teammates tells you how much ammo they need.  if it's not out of your way, make a beeline to anyone that needs ammo.  the points will rack up like crazy.  unlike the medic and engineer, you don't have to replenish 100% of ammo to get an ammo giving point.  if you see someone throw a grenade or reload ANYTHING, give them ammo.  you will get a point (unless you have given them ammo in the last 15 seconds).  also keep in mind you can resupply yourself.  not for points, but you can turn yourself into a nasty grenade machine if you do it right.

SUPPORT:  One of the best things for me when I play support is if the Hotel in Karkand is held by one side (either USMC or MEC) and the Square is held by the other side.  For some reason, even though those flags are RELATIVELY not that important to the MEC (Gatehouse on the 32 man server and the Warehouse on the 64 man server are the key areas), people love to fight a lot for them.  You can score lots of support points here by laying down good suppressive fire as your team advances.  Get into the prone position.  Fire in short bursts (count in your head 1-2-3-4-5, and that is usually long enough).  Get up and move - if you stay prone too long, you die fast, because the only thing exposed is your head, and a headshot makes you DEAD.  Move to covered areas where you can blend in.  Drop ammo bags.  Once your team is in the area of a flag, move up and resupply them, or help clean out an area - the LMGs are as devastating as a shotty in CQC.

Sharqi is another good map for support.  As you and your squadmates move around the flags that are surrounded by alleyways and stuff, you are bound to accidently run into a couple of "baddies."  The LMG will work 'em at close range, unless they are awesome with a shotty or a LMG.

MEDIC:  When I'm in a slump (where I keep getting pwn'd, or I'm just slow for some reason) and there's no armor around to whore in (j/k) I like to play commander.  If I don't get to be commander, I'll play medic.  There's just too many ways for you to be helpful AND earn points.  The G36E is a really cool unlock for the "combat medic."  Get in a squad that methodically moves and tries to capture flags.  Try not to be the first guy to charge into battle - that's what the assault guys are for, and sometimes the support guys.  Stay a little bit behind and use the medium range bursting accuracy of the G36E to pick off bad guys when they reveal themselves while trying to shoot at your squad members.  After you take the baddies out, revive any of your buddies, or start dropping med packs.  Of course, you can medic whore at Karkand Hotel, but that gets a little boring after a while.

With the shock paddles, keep in mind that with the new patch, DICE did something so that if you toss all three of your medic packs out, it takes a while to get your shock paddles to recharge.  If you toss two of them out, you have one charge left on your paddles, and then they need to charge.  So, I THINK you only have a max of 3 charges to give out - provided you have recharged fully after tossing your last medic pack.  With that in mind, don't just chuck 3 bags out mindlessly.  You never know when you might need that one charge that can quickly revive a teammate to help you hold a flag or cap a flag.  That philosophy helped me a lot playing Warlord last week - we'd try to cap Insurgent's Hideout, and one of my mates would get killed.  I'd be able to revive either one of them because I made a habit of not mindlessly tossing out my medic bags once we got to the flag.
