Graphene...it has a breaking strength of 55 newtons per meter, meaning a sheet of it the thickness of plastic wrap could support up to over 4,400lbs before breaking. Yeah, that's a lot of weight. And since it's transparent, it would make for some pretty strong see-through body armor. Pretty awesome stuff.

Yeah...the article even says "it would make for some cool see through body armor" which means they haven't made it yet. In other words yes that's probably a saran wrap model.
