[TF2&CSS] Import Spray Problem

So I've gotten this:

And I want to import this into TF2 & CSS, problem is; when I go into "Import spray" and go to the correct folder I store it in, it isn't there...

Any ideas? Anyone?

Are you looking for "All Images"? If so, I see no good reason for it to not work.

Oh yea its gotta be a jpeg... PNG's and Gif's dont work. So if you just go into photoshop and paint just save it as a jpeg. It's 10x easier than hurricats stupid way.

Can't get transparency in a jpeg, and targa has higher quality.

I was never able to get it to work as a jpeg for some reason. I had to follow the way I posted

They were JPEGS anyway, but wouldnt work, and now they do

What are the requirements for the avatar anyway? Is there a file size / sq. pixel limit, if so - what? I should really get a spray heh

If I'm not mistaken, it's just limited to multiples of 8 pixels square, I'm using a 256x256 right now, but i also have a 1024x1024 that I've used. I believe the game resizes them to 256x256 when imported, so that's not a bad size to start with.
