Boot CDs for vista 32?

Right,so ive fucked around in my pc and now it doesnt boot properly.I was advised to use the boot CD to boot the computer but couldnt find it.Is there any way I can download the boot data,burn them on a CD,and use the cd as a boot CD to give life to my PC?

Stick in your Vista CD, boot to the CD, click repair your computer.

But I dont have it thats the point!My pc was delivered without any CD,otherwise I would have found it.

I have an extra Vista 32 bit at home, but that's 3000+ miles away, and I won't be out there until August 9th.

or you can use a torrent and dl your vista 32bit, it'll take like couple of hours, but well worth it.

um...I want the vista BOOT cd,not the vista install cd.or am I missing something here?I thought the boot cd came separately from the install cd.confuzzled.
