I'm starting to get tired of all the doomsayers around at the minute.
UK drivers are set to benefit after a number of national supermarket chains, and an oil company said they would lower the price of fuel.
OK, granted 3-4p per litre might not sound like much, but at least it's a step in the right direction. I imagine everyone would be crying apocalypse if prices went the other way.
Is there a sliver lining on that disconcertingly black cloud above us?
