We have a TF2 one running, no problems whatsoever so far.
I get the best hitreg on multiplay servers but I've heard they're one of the worst UK providers, I'd ask around before committing to them.
My clan used to have 3 BF2 servers with them, until we moved to a dedicated box with a different provider...
Never had probs with any of the servers, BUT...
Customer support is slow.
They are very expensive.
They use their own admin system called 'Clanforge', which is restrictive and doesn't allow you to use BF2CCdaemon (so no ingame-admin commands).
Whenever we asked them to change something with the servers, such as installing mods, it would take them weeks to do anything about it.
We now use Killer Creation, we have more freedom with the setup and they are very quick with support.

Thanks for info guys, I use i3d already, which I am very happy with but they are so expensive. Multiplay have a sale on that is why I was asking. Any more info would help.
