I'm not sure about this, he wasn't doing anything illegal, he's not in public office.
If being spanked by someone dressed as a nazi stormtrooper floats his boat then why shouldn't he do it without fear of having film of it put on the net?
I mean, who here would want to be filmed at home downloading porn? (which some people do - apparently)

'World motorsport boss Max Mosley has won a legal action against a Sunday newspaper over claims an orgy he took part in had Nazi overtones.
The High Court ruled the News of the World did breach Mr Mosley's privacy, awarding him £60,000 in damages.

Mr Justice Eady said he could expect privacy for consensual "sexual activities (albeit unconventional)".
Mr Mosley admitted a sado-masochistic sex session with five prostitutes, but denied that it had a Nazi theme.

His father was the 1930s fascist leader Sir Oswald Mosley.

The paper's story was based on a secret video from one of the women who took part in the sex session at a London flat in March.'

No right whatsoever. Peoples sex-lives, providing they don't involve minors, are their own business - no matter how kinky or how important a position they may hold.

It should be pointed out that the entire Nazi element has been made up by the paper and is perhaps the key reason they lost the case. All the hookers involved said as much and there were no Nazi uniforms involved - though they did speak in German.

So long as it doesn't break any laws, it's entirely that person's business.

Some positions (no pun intended) do have ethics/moral restrictions/obligations that, should something like this come out (again, no pun intended), would warrant removal. But not jail time.

Absolutly no right, what-so-ever.

Perhaps we should hire photographers to stalk the journalists and film them in their sex lives and see what they think.

If you commit a crime, then we should know about it. If they don't, we shouldn't care.

In a more selfish reasoning, I'd rather have a kinky public servant [pun partially intended] that was good at their job than have them possibly replaced by crappy public servant who stuck to the missionary position.

Just because they're celebrities doesn't give them no right to privacy.
