It depends where the bombing occurs. If it occurs in Columbia, I'll assume FARC. If it occurs in Jammu & Kashmir, I'll assume either Muslims or Hindus. If it occurs in Iraq I'll assume it's Al Qaeda, the Kurdistan Freedom Fighters or Sunni/Shi'a militias. If it occurs in Sri Lanka I'll assume it's the Tamil Tigers. If it occurs in Spain I'll assume it's ETA. If it occurs in Tibet, I'll assume it's Tibetans. If it occurs in Saudi Arabia I'll assume it's Muslim extremists. If it occurs in Israel I'll assume it's the Palestinian liberation movement. If it occurs in a nation that sent troops to Iraq I'll assume Muslim extremists. It if occurs in a nation that sent troops to Afghanistan I'll assume Muslim extremists. If it occurs in a nation that supports Israel no matter what I'll assume Muslim extremists. If it occurs in Peru I'll assume it's Shining Path. The list goes on.

Don't forget blacks aren't allowed to be served in bars

I actually had not said anything at all yet, which if you read my sarcastic smut is the closest I will ever be to being on topic.
