That is certainly not my experience of the Latvians, Lithuanians, Czechs, Poles, Hungarians, Estonians, French, British, Spanish and Italians that have flooded our country over the past decade. They've all come to make money.

They're grand. The North is a topic that we just keep to ourselves these days because ultimately it will be part of the Republic again within a decade or two.

I think I live a matter of miles away from M.O.A.B and I can confirm that it's a gross exaggeration.

Whether it be Newcastle, Sunderland, South Shields or the smaller surrounding villages, the notion that 'non-natives' come even close to being the majority is ludicrous in my very local opinion.

I lived for a while in Fenham, had Geordie Muslim landlords, who were sound as pounds tbh.. use to crack me up an asian bloke with a thick Geordie accent..

I do indeed thanks, nearly 40, university educated to post graduate level, alumni of the university of Ulster & Queens University Belfast, own my home, several cars, and have a very fulfilled life and career. I have traveled a lot, seen plenty of the world & have spent time living and working in 3rd world countries, making positive contributions. So..... please.... spare me your condescending bullshit that you use to impress kids on Internet forums, war profiteer.

An exception to the rule. Actually I do not frequent internet forums, I got sucked into this one and that is it.

I would think with all of your education you would know that Islam is not a race. Or are you going to argue that it is one?  Anyway if not, then you still need to back up your statement that I am racist with proof.

I do agree with you however, I am in a war zone, which is where this project has taken me, and I am getting paid for doing it. So yeah I guess you could make an argument that I am profiting off of the war. But to be fair, this project would be happening, and I would be doing it, even if there wasn't a war. I am only here because this is where the helecopters are for now. I worked in Germany, Texas, Kentucky as well.

So to say I am a war profiteer in the context that you mean it, is not exactly true. Only in the context as I described it.

Either way a pretty lame attempt at a "put down" for a 40 year old educated person.

The one's down here have northern sounding accents too, sort of. Mainly in East London. Definitely not East London accents that's for sure. Dunno why

I enjoyed immensely you trying to justify yourself, you've changed your tune from mista " I lost my job cause of 9/11 in the airport so damn right i'm gonna go to Iraq and make a load of money" all those months ago, so yeah Lowing you're just a war profiteer no matter how you "try" to justify it, to me or yourself..
