Why is that? Is there something posted on that website that ISN'T true? If so, by all means show me what it is.
Because it a website reporting crimes committed by muslims.  It's dumb, bias and only attacts the stupid.

http://www.nydailynews.com/ny_local/200 … y_13_.html

This is terrorism? Sure is according to your website.  And anyway terrorism is in the eye of the beholder.
Is the story untrue? Is anything in the site untrue? Is any of the websites that this site links have anything in it that is untrue.

you guys are killing me. Any site that contradicts your argument is biased, and any site that supports your argument is the REAL truth...It is getting tiresome.
WTF? No one said the story was a fabrication.  LOOK at the wider picture.  This website of yours is CHERRY PICKING CRIMES committed by muslims and is solely 'reporting' on them under the religion of peace banner.  DOES THAT SOUND CREDIBLE?

If i created a website called www.thewhitemanisanevilcunt.com and linked to every crime committed by one as reported in the BBC...(why not! all whiteys are christian war mongers ) would would that be credible? worthwhile?

Are you getting it yet?

Only you would think a murder in the US is the same thing as what is being done in the name of Islam all over the world.
No - only you would think that all murder, rape and physical assault done in Middle Eastern countries is a direct consequence of religion. Only you would characterise countries on the basis of acts perpetrated by criminals. Only you would characterise entire groups of countries on the basis of a legal system only practised in three or four countries of a total of probably thirty.

No not only a religion Cam, a culture, an archaic and ancient backward belief system that plays no roll in modern western society. I wish Islam were ONLY a religion.

Well it's just as well we live in good Christian/Atheist countries then isn't it? It would bother most people to have to live in an alien culture - something neither of us have to put up with (although you did choose to go to Iraq rather oddly). It's just as well affluence tends to destroy religion, in fact I take delight in that.

That number surprises me. I thought it would've been more like 10% or something. They're always talking about how the younger generations in 1st-world countries aren't extremists and don't believe in killing and all that crap.
Second generation Muslim immigrants actually tend to be more extremist than their parents because of feelings of alienation in the mainstream culture, a naive ignorance of how desperate and oppressive their countries of origin often are, and because there are extremist clerics in countries like Britain that prey on disillusioned Muslim youths.

Basically, the 2nd generation Muslims that fit this description are naive, ignorant pawns.  Thankfully, most 2nd generation Muslims aren't such idiots.
It's no wonder many feel alienated, as m3thod has pointed out before, when so many in your society don't mind reminding you that you're "a fucking Paki" at every opportunity it's easy to see why many second or third generation immigrants feel very little affinity towards their adopted home. Add to this some romanticed and unrealistic views about their homeland and a dash of youthful naivity and you have a dangerous cocktail.
Indeed, but experiencing racism doesn't justify killing others out of rage.

If it would bother most people then most people probably shouldn't do it should they?

No it does not but if society is going to vilify extremists and question why such attitudes hold sway it must hold up its hand for the part that it's own inherent racism plays.

Definitely.  Fighting racism is an ongoing battle.  It will always exist.  I have to say that these extremists aren't helping their own people though.

They aren't helping their own people at all, I agree. It must be remembered that these extremists make up a minority as regards the global Muslim population, if these extremists were to ever establish rule it would not be representative of the Muslim people. I don't think many Iranian women would appreciate living in a Saudi Arabian style society for example.
