Nope, also how come nobody around attempted to help them? Instead just using them essentially for propaganda purposes?r'Eeee wrote:

Funny, its always the Palestinians fault in this. When IDF snipers are shooting Palestinian kids you don't give a toss, when its Israeli kids you get excited. Maybe their parents are to blame and they should just take them back to Russia and Germany.Playing nice achieved nothing, moderate demonstration achieved nothing, armed resistance is working about as well. And the violence against civilians has achieved anything other than more pain? They learned nothing, apparently.
Having seen Israel fail against Hezbollah maybe thats their best bet.
Hardly, time and demographics are against the Israelis.
They would be sensible to work for a settlement while they and the US hold the balance of power.

I've seen coalition troops brave enemy fire to rescue their buddies.r'Eeee wrote:

The troops carry something in their hand to defend themselves...you know. What exactly can the photographer do?M.O.A.B wrote:

Get help from the countless number of militiamen who run around Palestine? The IDF sniper may be firing on a man and a kid here, but they wouldn't be there in the first place if there wasn't a reason, such as militiamen in the area.r'Eeee wrote:

In other word, shot at whatever you see. Regardless of what kind of people they are.M.O.A.B wrote:

Not the greatest logic, I have heard.
I wonder if youve heard the claims of that being a hoax?r'Eeee wrote:

Last time I cehcked, your enemy could be anyone in Palestine. Through use of kids and women as suicide bombers. Just because it says he was a sniper doesn't mean he was using an optical scope so that he had a clear, enhanced view of who he was shooting at.r'Eeee wrote:

Not really, I never heard of it. But, I googled it, and I know what it means now.God Save the Queen wrote:

But still, that's quite irrelevant. That will be too damn harsh, if you just go on a killing ramamge, and you're even sure.
Back to the picture I posted, it's quite obvious, he isn't a "hoax". Ok, maybe he, might be one, but you still want to take it easy, rather than emptying the gun magazine into their heads *Looking at the wall*
I wouldnt want to take it easy if I was in a situation like that. Id want to shoot until what I considered a threat to myself or my buddies to no longer be a threat.
He wasn't a threat afterall, was he?God Save the Queen wrote:

I dont know. He may have well seemed as one to the people that were there. You know which perspective Im coming from.r'Eeee wrote:

Suppression fire, I remember reading about a group of Marines taking sniper fire in Iraq. Put as many bullets as they could through the window they spotted the muzzle flash in until nothing more came out of it.r'Eeee wrote:

What's it like to be unable to comprehend simple English? Oh, never mind. I know you comprehend it...otherwise, you wouldn't be able to cherry-pick things completely out of context.Dilbert_X wrote:

Please...PLEASE...point to a post where I said it's OK for IDF snipers to shoot Palestinian kids. The acts of those individuals are appalling, and I said as much. You're living in your own hate-blinded world, Dilbert.Dilbert_X wrote:

There's blame enough to go around. I'm not laying blame at this point, I'm critiquing the Palestinians' strategy (if there even is one).
So when Israel makes concessions with Hezbollah, that's a failure. So you see people making concessions to achieve strategic goals as failure. Interesting.Dilbert_X wrote:

So countries/people shouldn't engage in diplomacy to achieve their strategic goals, they should engage in violence--even if that violence doesn't have a chance of achieving their strategic goals. Interesting.
Oh, wait...that's only if YOU agree with their strategic goals. I see now.

If things are working against the Israelis, then just what are you bitching about? If things are working against the Israelis (and, by default, for the Pals), then you should be dancing around with glee.
