Two years in a row now that Ireland has had a brutally shit summer. Is this climate change in action? How has summer been in your part of the world? I'm beginning to think this is what our summers are going to be like from now on forevermore.
The weather here has been the same for summer as long as I can remember. Never rains. Doesnt stay too hot.
It was boiling all last week and I didn't get to sleep till about 4 o clock when I went to bed at 1 o clock... I'd rather it be cold tbh..
I prefer the heat. I love the desert. As long as it aint humid
In an unprecedented third trip to the US in one year I may be visiting your part of the world this Sep/Oct. Weather still good then?God Save the Queen wrote:

Shit weather here too Cam, Its summer and all we have is fucking rain. We got about twice as much rain this month than the average. :S
It's like the Jet Stream has been pushed southward permanently or something.Roger Lesboules wrote:

I hate summer. I'm more warm blooded than most, so I don't take the heat well. And yet ironically, I tan quite easily and rarely burn. I prefer the bitter cold over the heat any day.
I dont quite know what the hell is happening but i sure could use a little moar sun. I feel like if i lived in the UK.CameronPoe wrote:

Been pretty warm recently, but also wet at times. Lots of fog, mist, thunderstorm early this morning. Nothing out of the ordinary though.
Not very pleasant Cam. It hovers around 26C to 34C with very little wind (although 2 ays ago we had huge wind gusts), and it is very humid.
Whenever I go for walks at around 6:00 or 7:00pm, there are sandflies buzzing around my head, and I can't wait to get back home.
Pretty bad summer so far, if you ask me.

move to wa state where it rains 365 days a year
What I reckon is happening Cam:
Summer arrives later and leaves later each year. My cricket season starts in May and it gets rained off a lot until july/aug. Season ends in late Aug, I put my bat and pads away and pick up my hockey stick and notice the weather would be fine until Oct for cricket.

Been shit hot for the past week or so interspersed with thunderstorms.
The last two weeks have been quite warm/hot in the SE of England. Shame this week in work is our period of maintenance where we do the most amount of physical work and have spent most days sweating like a whore in church
Around 90 degrees and humid here in the DC area... some thunderstorms occasionally... nice breeze today...
Love is the answer
I've been to 6 different countries this summer and so far it's been great weather all over..Norway has been fantastic

Very shifting here. Sunny, rainy, sunny, rainy, rainy, rainy, rainy, sunny.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
