I don't smoke, never touched anything like this before, so it was an "experience". Sheesh-a.
I went to Spain last year and it was great. For some reason little kids crying is always hilarious. A kid was crying because his Mum had got drunk and was falling all over and I was pissing myself whilst holding on to this railing for dear life as I swayed all over. That night was the worst I've ever been, lots and lots of drink coupled with no food and jetlag was kinda fail. I remember waking up and throwing up all over myself and coughing . I just closed my eyes and fell straight back asleep with sick all over my face and a metre radius around me...

I stood in line for four hours. They better give me a Wal-Mart gift card, or something. - Rodney Booker, Job Fair attendee.

Yeah there wankers for that, you got charged alot though :S I was 1kg over and they charged me €20(Dublin Airport), I'm flying with them again tomorrow -.- but only cause they're €300 cheaper than Aer Lingus.Zimmer wrote:
Yes, I am back. Wrong-dooers beware.
Now for the not-so-fun part. Ryanair are criminals. Most people know that there is a limit of 15KG for luggage ( not hand luggage ) and of course... We were 1 FUCKING KILOGRAM OVER FOR EACH SUITCASE. Guess how much? 45 FUCKING EUROS. I am still fuming. Gay thing is, that the weight indicators in Reus Airport only have a scale of +/- 0.5KG, so if our suitcases were 15.6, it would show up as 16.... Fucking bastards.
RyanAir ftl & welcome back, glad you had fun.

Ah no. 45 euros in total, not for each KG.IrishGrimReaper wrote:

You can get a case that auto measures how much weight is inside. It was on the gadget show.
Apparently, your airline is comprised of a bunch of shifty bastards. Are you aware what the charged Mr. Zimmer here for 1 extra kilogram? Highway robbery...Ryan wrote:
Hi Zimmah.
To be fair on Ryanair's side, you can't just say "it's only 1 kilogram" because you can just keep on saying that and the planes do have a weight load to worry about. Nonetheless, I've never flown with them and only heard poor stories - but they are cheap, and you shouldn't expect much from cheap flights.
Kylef..... Ryanair don't do it for the weight load.... HAHAHAHAH. You fell for their bullshit.kylef wrote:

It's a business. They put the rules to make money, not to look after the planes...
Their first excuse was that it was to look after the luggage handlers backs and bodies and adding a limit would help them work better. 15KG is nothing, a child of 14 can manage to lift such a weight. Then they went on to say it was about the weight on planes and fuel consumption.... BULLSHIT, again. Why? Because right now, Ryanair are holding themselves just 8% above their profit/loss margin ( having dropped 80% in the last year ) and are in desperate need of cash... How? They asked, with weight restrictions.
BA, FlyBe ( cheap flights ), EasyJet ( CHEAP ) and the rest have restrictions at 20KG and some don't even have that. So why Ryanair? Because they are criminals, trying to suck dry the wallets of tourists who cannot handle such a pathetic weight restriction.
5KG difference is a hell of a lot.
