As if only the Dems get elected because of that?

What about all the BS about the Iraq occupation ending within a year?  Or Mission Accomplished... lmfao

Bottomline... the country wants out of Iraq.  And the Dems cant do a thing about it until they get more people elected into congress.

tbh, I wish everyone in washington would take more and longer breaks so they don't fuck up this country any worse than they already have.  Anyone who would argue in support of either of these Anti-American parties is a total asshat and should not be listened too because they are just a fanboy and not worried about America.
Its called the lesser of two evils.
The Republican's had the Presidency and all of congress for a full term, what did they do?  The Dems have ruled the roost back in the Carter era and first part of Clinton era, what did they do?

I would never vote for Hitler or Stalin if they ran against each other, and that is what I think of the partys in washington that YOU empower to destroy my country.

You sir are part of the problem, you vote pro:   illegal aliens, a corrupt banking system, income taxes, Socialize retirement tax with a benefit only good if you live longer than the average life span, nafta, sending US jobs overseas, politcal wars, people who can't stay in budget with 2.5 TRILLION in revenue..... because these are things Repubs and Dems support openly.

Americans are such tools anymore, our forefather would be ashamed of what morons we have become.

I'd argue while neither parties are good one is definitely worse than the other.  And guess which I think it is.

I support Dems not bc I like them... but because they are the only better option than the GOP, at least in most cases.

So the minute a realistic third party comes into play, one that isnt full of whackjobs, let me know.  BTW, who do you plan on voting for this November?

Schittloaf, Bush has taken more vacation than any president ever.  Try some perspective on for size.

To be fair, a lot of the time spent working by Congress is done in their home states and districts.  Congress would probably be a lot more efficient if we eliminated the use of a central meeting place and simply held Congressional sessions via teleconferencing.  You would think we'd make better use of communications technology these days, rather than spending so much tax money on transit costs for these politicians flying from their homes to D.C.

I'd also scatter a big bull's eye.
I stood in line for four hours. They better give me a Wal-Mart gift card, or something.  - Rodney Booker, Job Fair attendee.

Indeed...  I'm guessing K Street wouldn't like that idea though.  As long as we gather all of our supposed representatives in D.C., it's not only easier to possibly attack them all, but it's also easier for lobbyists to wheel and deal their way through everything passed into law.
