yep, good luck passing the costs with ornate gutters. Or in my case, automotive maintenance and repair. Now, gasoline, that's something people need, something people have to buy at nearly any cost.

I'm sorry, but I just don't get what you are on about. No wonder, it's like 3 A.M. where you are.
Why do you hate sleep? It doesn't hate you, you know.
Why don't you kiss and make up.
" The ones that don't (can't afford to pass the burden along and remain competitive) fail.. thus ending all possibility of being taxed (which never really was a possibility in the first place). "
Care to splain that, pretend your drunk er something so we understand each other.
I'll try the easy way again:
A successful business works all overhead (including taxes) into the cost of service/product. If they can't do that and remain competitive they fold. Ultimately it is the consumer who makes up the difference.
Welcome to the first day of economics 101.
@Reciprocity it appears you have a demand issue.
Edit: Who is putting gas in a car that needs repair?

What about we "borrow" the oil?
realators are all meth heads
I live in a rural part of Oregon that is still recovering from mill closures from 15 years ago. When the economy is good, we're the last to know about it. When the economy is bad, we're the first to know.
In this economy you'd be surprised what some people have to live with. I've got two or three customers who have to drive their cars with blown head gaskets. A lot of people can afford a simple tune-up, even when it would save them gas in the long run. Transportation costs have gone up, so our parts costs have gone up. We offer a credit card through one of our parts suppliers to help people pay for emergency repairs. It's a high interest money trap set up for people with bad credit. Many of our customers are denied.Kmarion wrote:

That makes sense. That's pretty much what I figured you were getting at.Reciprocity wrote:

I'd give you mechanics a clever name but it's just too damn easy..
I'm on Claritin-D (pseudoephedrine) . So I might in fact temporarily be a meth head. That would explain my noticeable loss of sleep and ATG's deep, and yet eerie concern for my sleeping habits.

80 billion will buy a lot of US missles that will reach and target Israel properly instead of that russian crap saddam had.
Your military contractors already got your money back.I want my fucking money back.
If they do not make a cash payment to coalition forces we should seize the money.
This is bullshit, plain and simple.
Go talk to Cheney if you want to see some of it - its probably in a big pile somewhere.
Fuck Israel
