PDF Help

I have some pictures of that hole in the quantas jet a while back...the ones you dont see on the news. But it was emailed in a pdf form. is there a way to save the pics separately or can I post the pdf?

if you have a full version of adobe, or other pdf building software, you can take it apart... i cant think of any free ones off the top of my head.
