SF Unlocks + Patch Question

Two questions folks -

1. I've downloaded all the BF2 Patches, but I don't own SF or have it installed. Am I able to get the 2nd Tier Unlocks? (Mainly the G36E is what I have my eye on.)

2. I've got another PC that I want to play BF2 on, but I couldn't be arsed downloading all the patches again. Would it work if I made a CD with all the patches on it, and installed them onto the other Computer through the patches?

1 you must have time played on sf to use sf unlocks(2 tier)

2 if u already have the dl on another computer just burn them to a disc and copy them to the other computer just like u would any other file.

Thanks, I'll just go play my Bro's SF for a few secs to be able to use my Unlocks.

As for the Patches, that's great.
