Its for Americans only. Euros just need to be active on PSN, the most active PSN users will get picked for the Euro beta. Seems like Sony Europe has a clue and Sony America doesn't lol.

If your from Europe you need to have been and be active on PSN, ie dling items, making purchases etc and you are given consideration for the Europe beta.
Basically the USA beta might now be full of a bunch of tards who won't give any feedback because they don't really care about home they just wanted in on the beta to be cool. Whereas the Europe beta testers will have shown at least constant interest in PSN and thus are more likely to wish to give feedback although its likely there will be plenty of tards in that too.

Average age of European Playstation owners is considerably higher than that of US ones. Ie 25+Miggle wrote:

Chances of faggy kids on Euro beta massively reduced.

Somewhere on the sales stats of PSN users, was shown on Gamasutra some way back.
It ties in with the trend that 360 owners are younger than PS3 owners on average if you consider that Europe is a Sony controlled market and the US is a MS controlled market.
I recon if they did a study over all the platforms the average age of gamers would be lower in the US than Europe by 5-10 years based on other data ive seen.

It's for American PSN accounts only, not for Americans.Vilham wrote:

Pretty much the same thing. I find it hard to believe many people outside of the US have US PSN accounts apart from maybe places like South America where they don't sell the consoles.sergeriver wrote:

The Latin American PSN starts in september I think, but I won't change my account.Vilham wrote:
