Anybody have any tips for dealing with jetlag? I'm in Incheon international right now awaiting a flight to Singapore and there is a 17 hour time difference from where I live. The last time I flew this far I couldn't sleep for days...damn the circadian cycle
Drink on the flight. Go to a Korean barber shop and get tossed off before the flight.
That's easy, don't sleep in the airplane. Entertain yourself with games and movies. DON'T DRINK. And when you in Singapore sleep in the hotel for 1 hrs only. Go for dinner, drink 5 beers in the hotel bar and go to bed. You will sleep very well. Next morning go early up and sleep late (10pm).
After 2 days your body has the new time. It works for me, and i fly all over the world for my job. The only problem is when i go from the left side back to Germany. I hate it.

You only have a 7 hour time difference.
Your body adapts to the new routine at about one hour a day. If you don't sleep before the evening, you're going to be fine.

I never experienced jet lag.Would like to though.
Just don't sleep. Make yourself as tired as possible and then crash. Or take a sleep helper to help you go down. Just make sure you get 8 hours.
I just got back from Alaska after being there for 2 weeks and am still accustomed to Alaska time, I'm pretty much setting my alarm at the time I should wake up and its getting a little better everyday
Get to the hotel, take off your shoes and socks and walk around barefoot making fists with your toes

lol I assumed this topic was about flying the jets in bf2 and how to deal with lag in dogfights.
I's suggest you sleep on the plane, so that when you arrive you arrive relaxed and comfortable. Unless you arrive in the middle of the night in which case it's better to be awake during the flight so when you land hopefully your tired enough to sleep once you make it to your destination.

just pop a pissload of melatonin at 930 and hit the sack at 10. problem solved.
And soon after that you have a machine gun, ho - ho - ho...Mutantsteak wrote:
