Anyone got a bug where you revive, long pause, and he doesnt get the zap until 3 seconds later?

How about zap, then no recharge for about 5 seconds?

I and clan members have noticed that the paddles just mess up, I did 5 to 6 kills in a second in Special Forces then you get in BF2 Vanilla it just dies sometimes.

yeah had it since 1.2 came out also thats how it is most of the time now, before when there were 5 dead ppl laying down I could revive them all, but now when 1.2 came out i have to wait 3 sec to 5 sec after first 2nd revive like u mentioned.
