What the fuck is wrong with people these days?

Maybe it's me, but isn't it totally stupid to call CS:S players murderers or rampage goers?

I've gotten around that problem around a year ago. I was 13 back then, wanting to buy CS:S but there was also the 'Killergames' discussion and CS:S was it's biggest victim because I think 3 guys went on a rampage at their school and killed peeps and in the end themselves. Now I'm 14, meanwhile I've gotten my mate's acc and I played 270 hours of CS:S in total and I haven't thought about going on a rampage and I haven't killed no one. I also played Bioshock, Call of Duty 4, BF2, TF2, GTA ect

Now, over the weekend there's a special offer for CS:S that makes the game only cost $9.90

I asked my parents if I could get it but they're still like it's a bad game bla bla we don't want you to go on a rampage bla bla.

The only reason people connect killing with gaming is for the few psychopaths that play computer games and some how feel no remorse for what they're about to / already did. Thats not the games fault, nor the creators... The murderers are the ones fucked up. I'm sooooo sick of bandwagon shitstorms involving computer-gaming and violence.
