I smoked from 14 to 21, 2 packs a day after a couple years. I quit with the patch & cause I wanted to because of the blood I was coughing up. Everyones' body is different, my body couldn't handle it while some can smoke till they are 100. Now that I'm almost 36 I'm so glad I quit back then. Weed on the other hand is a different story which hasn't negatively impacted my health yet & doubt ever will & if it does I'll just smoke more to ease the pain.
