For those not familiar with the Iowa Electronic Market, it is like a stock market for information. They pose a question like "Who will be the next president of the US, Democrats or Republicans?" Then, people buy "stocks" (bets, really) either for Dems, or Reps.
Since people are betting money on the winner, they tend to go with who they think will win, not who they want to win.
Statistically, this market is supposed to be much better than polls.
