I want to get rid of steam/CS:S, but Windows Add/remove programs only shows programs from A-C, then its just a weird Orange, Blue and white box 0_o

Stop feeding LSD into your DVD drive.

Not sure if it's the exact same problem. However, maybe there's a corrupt listing that's forking with everything else. So, either use CCleaner or try the this and perhaps find some programs that you don't have installed anymore and delete the entries.
Don't know really, stab in the dark but it won't do any harm.
