Every time i reboot my pc, or just turn it on. I dont have Internet, every time I have to Unplug my Internet Cable and plug it back in.

what sort of internet setup do you have? Connected to modem or a router. Ethernet or USB?

Downstairs we got a modem, one wire goes up to my brothers room where there is a SwitchHub 1 to my computer and one to his computer.

How do i make a batch file?
try with command promt first. If it works, copy paste it into a *.txt document and rename it to *.bat

try it first. Then put it in your startup folder. In Vista its in

tried rebooting the modem ?
I disabled IPv6 and now it works
