Yea hemp and marijuana are both varieties of the cannabis plant, but because hemp contains little (like basically nothing) or no thc it doesn't make you high.

EA can't support the cost to have a top level anti-cheat environment. Maybe if they ran ads in the game, and there was a larger playerbase...
