The olympic lifts require more attention to form, but the technique is gained when you start the lifts, back when they were teenagers. After that, it becomes second nature and they can maintain form and that's were the strength comes into play.

The opening Chinese girl got a huge score, here's Nastia now: She does really well, dismoun was pretty excellent. She is tying with the opener !!!!!
Nastia will easily win if a tiebreakers judged on leotard design I believe that Alicia Sacramone is pretty good at design and does the clothes for the team.
Okay so it looks like He Kexin took the Gold....thats pretty shit for Nastia, she really is a great Gymnast - featuring in nearly every individual apparatus event. There is still the Beam and 2012 for her, but Shawn Johnsons gotta be pretty desperate for a Gold on the beam tomorrow, good luck to both of them.
EDIT: I'm reading the BBC Live action update and it would appear He Kexin who took Gold on a tiebreak is 13....bullshit. There needs to be a serious review of this and Golds to the US All-around team and to Nastia.
