I've just noticed how many of the PRC medals are from "Judge" based sports. Now, It's pretty obvious who the judges will vote for, they're not going to defy the PRC if they want to keep their heads

Okay, my summary for tomorrow:

GB on course for 3-4 Golds.

Sailing - Laser. Our man Paul Goodison should take it unless disaster strikes.

Mens madison - Bradley wiggins who has collected two golds for Great Britain so far races with Mark Cavendish in this unusual event, I'm promised its pretty hectic.

Men and Womens sprint. There are still the semis to get through but Britain is putting foward Vicky Pendelton for the Womens sprint(*drool* she is amazingly good looking IMO, pics to come, and is a good cyclist to boot as well ) and Chris Hoy (Team Sprint  and Keirin Gold) and JAson Kenny in the mens  (I predict an all British final again )

We may also get lucky as Christine Ohurogu, world champion 400m runner will be in action on the track, but will we see a great performance on the Olympic stage, her personal best is only bested amongst the competition by the American Sanya Richards but this season her best isnt as good as her rivals for Gold.



And finally to the delight of Poseidon and I both Nastia Luikin and Shawn Johnson are going for Gold for the USA in the Beam apparatus final. I'm really hoping Shawn gets Gold as it would really suck for her to walk away with Silvers when she lost out on Gold, especially to underage Chinese girls...but Nastia put foward a 16.9 rated performance on the beam in the Individual all around last week. Matt Barker on BBC commented on how humble and gracious Shawn is and how she is always smiling her lovely smile but it must be heartbreaking for her to miss out on Gold, especially on the floor where she is best

So, good luck tommorow to Chris Hoy, Jason Kenny, Victoria Pendleton, Paul Goodison, Christine Ohurogu, Brdaley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish, Team GB in general in all the qualifyers and any finals I've neglected to cover and definatly and Shawn Johnson, I'm rooting for you all
