I've got all my ribbons apart from this and the WCR(which I'll never get). I'm a n00b at flying so I just wanted any helpful hints to get it.

Your best bet would be to go to Clean Sweep 32 or 64 with a really good pilot, get in the Fighter-Bomber, and be a gunner. That will get you your time requirement easily, and if you and your pilot can communicate, you can get the kills easily.
