SourcePopular BitTorrent client µTorrent has silently patched a vulnerability that created a means for hackers to load malware onto PCs of file sharing users by persuading them to open a poisoned Torrent file. The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 1.7.7 of µTorrent. Earlier versions may also be vulnerable.

Yea, I got an email from Final Gear about that a while ago. Takes less than 5 minutes to upgrade to 1.8.

The new logo scares the hackers away!
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
