Garrys mod Crash when i try to join a server

I get this error after crashing

the instruction at "0x10dc1857" referenced memory at "0x0e89939c" the memory could not be "read" click ok to terminate the program

wat

i have tried:

1.defragging game files

2.verifying integrity of game cache

Help is highly appreciated!

I've got the same error. Garry's mod was a waste of money for me. Doesn't work.

Is it with any map, or just one specfically? Some maps are crappy on servers, and cause crashes. You might want to try a full reinstall, delete your gmod folder completely and reinstall.
